Delete your account

In the app: open the Me tab, then Account, then Delete account.

Or do it here: sign in with the email you use for Pluoto and we’ll send you a six-digit code.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, character, land and bubbles, including your private bubble history.
• Your friendships, requests, reactions and waves, and your place in your friends’ worlds.
• Your sign-in details. Every device you’re signed in on is signed out straight away.

Deletion starts at once and finishes within a few minutes. Reports other people made about you are kept for one year after your account is deleted, so we can act on repeat abuse, and are then deleted too.
