You agree to these terms when you create your Pluoto account, and by using Pluoto. They’re short on purpose.

Who can use Pluoto

You need to be 13 or older. Keep your email account secure, since it’s how you sign in.

Be kind

Pluoto is for friends, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don’t post or send anything that bullies or harasses, threatens, spreads hate, is sexual, encourages self-harm, is spam, or pretends to be someone else, and don’t use Pluoto to break the law. We filter some words, and people can report or block anyone.

Children’s safety

Never post, share, ask for or link to anything that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a child. We remove it, ban the account and the email it signed up with, keep what we need as evidence and report it to the police and the authorities responsible for child safety. Our child safety standards say more.

What happens when someone breaks the rules

We review reports within 24 hours and can remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these terms, with or without warning. Someone whose account we close for breaking them can’t sign up again with the same email. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

Your content

What you make and post stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with, which is what Pluoto needs to work. When you delete it, or your account, we stop, apart from what our privacy policy says we keep for a while, like reports.

The service

We’re a small team making Pluoto better all the time. It may change, have outages, or lose features, and it’s provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses from using it.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time. We can stop offering Pluoto, and if we do we’ll tell you in the app first.
