Something not working, or worried about someone on Pluoto? Email pluoto@mightwork.co and a person will get back to you, usually within a day.

Signing in

Pluoto signs you in with a six-digit code sent to your email; there’s no password. The same email and a new code sign you in on a new phone. Codes work for 10 minutes. No email? Check your spam folder, then send a new code.

Inviting friends

On the Friends tab, tap Share your link. When a friend opens your link and makes their world, you’re friends straight away and your lands sit side by side. You can also show them your QR code, or give them your eight-letter code, which sends you a request to accept.

Your world is full

A world shows up to 25 lands, yours included. Friends past that wait in your friends list; use Arrange on the World tab to swap who’s showing.

Reporting and blocking

Tap someone’s character to open their card, then … to report or block them. Blocking removes them from your world and stops them finding you by link or code; they aren’t told. Reports are read by a person.

Deleting your account

In the app: Me, then Account, then Delete account. Or delete it on the web.
